Stress Management and Relief
Dealing with stress and learning some effective stress management is going to help you have a better life. Your spouse, children, if you have them, and the rest of your extended family will be glad you learned to manage your stress. So will you.

There are many causes of stress but I've learned that anything you don't like but have to put up with can cause you to feel stressed out and out of control. Noise, children, spouses, boss, traffic and on and on. You'll learn things you can do to help you cope with it.
Instead of feeling like you're going to explode you will learn how to feel less like that and more like you want to. Whatever that may be. Calm and relaxed is always good.
Prolonged stress can lead to depression and if it goes on long enough even the depression can become severe. This is one of the major reasons why it's great to be able to learn some stress reduction techniques.
Vibratory stress relief is why all the motels used to have vibrating beds and why they made recliners and other chairs that vibrate. Hand held vibrators also work very well in relaxing specific muscles or massaging specific points.
If you're physically stressed then some relaxation techniques can help and if it's mental stress doing some physical things like running, exercising, playing games can help. Learning to stay calm and relaxed will help with both types.

The other thing I've been following is this blog on Stress and Depression. It's one mans life story and it's a very long story. He's been stressed and depressed his whole life. It's to bad he didn't learn good methods for relieving stress and depression long ago. He could have had a totally different life.
