Finding ways to reduce stress at home in very important. Stress is a reason why a lot of people get sick, have high blood pressure, strokes, heart attacks or end up in the hospital. They either had a nervous breakdown or the stress got to them in another way.

Have some quiest family time together for 15 minutes, before the children go to bed. Use the time to talk about things that went wrong or went right in the day. Get the children involved in the solutions to the things that are causing stress for the family. Listen to their ideas and use them wehre you can.
A good way to reduce stress for yourself, if you don't have kids is to go out with friends have a good time. This will help to keep your mind off of the things that are bothering you and help relieve your stress.
There are times in life that there is no way around being stressed. Having a love one in the hospital, loosing a family member, getting divorced or even coming into a bunch of money.
