What is stress?
What is stress can mean different things to different people. Lots of people have varied feelings and opinions about it and have many different causes for it as well. It is hard to pin point just what stress is for everyone because not everyone feels the same way about all situations. It is something that can affect the body and the mind of just about anyone.
One of the symptoms of tress is usually thought to be a buildup of anxiety and pressures on any one person. One person can only handle so much pressure and stress will occur, while another person may feel no stress at all, in the same situation. When the person has had enough of it they may get angry and lash out.
Stress isn't necessarily a bad or dangerous thing. It is only a problem when the people who are under a great deal of stress can no longer function. They are letting it get the best of them.
A lot of people have stress because of the work they do. Some bring their work problems home with them. This can and does upset the relationships they are involved in. Eventually this will cause them to have a build up of stress in their life. This can mean they're having a hard time dealing with pressures and may have mood swings or be depressed.
Some have too much stress at home. It may be because of a poor relationship with a partner or child. This causes a person to loose sight of what they're doing and they may start to feel overwhelmed. One reason for a person to have some problems dealing with their stress is because they aren't sure how to fix the problem.
It's very normal for people to have some form of stress on their mind. It's a thing that we've all had to deal with and we eventually get through it. However, there are some that cannot get past it and this will lead to more problems that can become very serious for them. This includes their emotional, physical and mental health.
When someone has too much stress, they need to get help from a source that they can trust. It's important to get things under control so the person can have a happy and healthy life. There are many ways to control stress and lessen it's impact on your body. Learn to recognize when you are under too much stress and when you need to talk to someone about the problem.
